Education Program Disclosure and Agreement

By purchasing or attending any education session, workshop, panel, or program offered in connection with this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and disclosures.

Educational Purpose Only
All education programs are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Presenters share experience, opinions, and general business practices. Content is not intended as and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, investment, regulatory, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating the relevance and applicability of any information to your own business or situation and for consulting your own professional advisors before taking action.

No Guaranteed Outcomes
Attendance at any education program does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, certifications, business performance, profitability, compliance, or skill mastery. Examples, case studies, and discussions reflect individual experiences and may not apply to your circumstances.

Program Changes and Availability
Session topics, speakers, schedules, formats, and locations are subject to change without notice. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel sessions as reasonably necessary. Purchase of an education ticket grants access to the session as delivered and does not guarantee a specific presenter, format, or duration. Recordings, materials, or make up sessions are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Photography, Video, and Audio Release
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the event organizer or its agents. You grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and name to be used in marketing, promotional, educational, editorial, and archival materials in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval. You waive any right to inspect or approve such materials.

Attendee Recording Restrictions
Unauthorized audio recording, video recording, photography, livestreaming, or reproduction of education sessions is not permitted. Personal note taking is allowed. The event organizer may record sessions for its own use. Violations may result in removal from the session or event without refund.

Conduct and Removal Policy
All attendees are expected to behave in a professional, respectful manner. Harassment, disruption, intimidation, or interference with presenters, staff, exhibitors, or other attendees will not be tolerated. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from a session or the event for cause, without refund.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
You acknowledge that attendance occurs in a large, active event environment and assume all ordinary risks associated with travel, crowds, facilities, and participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the event organizer, venue, speakers, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from claims arising out of ordinary negligence related to attendance or participation.

Ticketing, Transfers, and Refunds
Education tickets are non refundable except as required by law or at the sole discretion of the event organizer. Tickets may not be resold and may be transferable only if expressly permitted by the organizer. Unused tickets have no cash value.

Force Majeure
The event organizer is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, acts of God, public health orders, security concerns, venue issues, labor disputes, or governmental actions. Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the education ticket.

Communications and Data Use
By registering, you consent to receive communications related to your education purchase and the event. Use of personal information is governed by the event’s privacy policy.

Agreement
Completion of an education ticket purchase constitutes your acknowledgement of and agreement to these terms and disclosures.
