Attendee FAQ  

>ADMISSION FEES.  

Admission to the Atlanta Jewelry Show is free for qualified retailers as it is open exclusively to the trade.

However, to attend Bench Fusion that runs along side the AJS show in the during the March show, attendees must meet the buyer qualifications and pay $129 registration fee per person, which includes a 2-day weekend pass, valid for one or both days of the event.  Registration is required.

 

>AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR CHILDREN. 

To maintain the wholesale integrity of the show, children under the age of 12, including infants, and the use of strollers, are not allowed at the show.

We welcome qualified attendees can enroll children ages 7+ in our AJS Kids Jewelry Camp program based on availability. Please note: this program is NOT a babysitting program.  Campers will be using professional bench tools such as torches, tools and IS NOT appropriate for children under the age of 7.  Click Here for more details.

The Atlanta Jewelry Show's host hotel is the Renaissance Waverly Hotel, connected to the Cobb Galleria Centre.  There are several convenient hotels that surround the Cobb Galleria Centre, within walking and/or distance.   Click here for complete details on how to contact these hotels directly or to register online and receive our discounted show rates.

 

>HOTEL SHUTTLES.  

Select hotels do provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the Cobb Galleria Center. Confirm the availability and shuttle service schedule prior to booking your reservations. Click here to review the list of host hotels, rates and services.

 

>GUESTS.  

Admission is NOT granted to guests or individuals operating businesses from home.

 

>IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED.  

Click here for advance registration requirements. If you are registering on-site, ALL attendees must bring photo identification. All first-time employees must provide a valid form of employment verification, such as a current copy of a paystub or W-2 (both must have company name and employee name listed). Spouses are allowed to attend without company ID.

 

>NEW ATTENDEES & NEW BUSINESSES.

Photography of any exhibit is expressly prohibited unless you receive permission from the individual exhibitor.
