Rebecca Shukan

Rebecca's career spans more than two decades of sales leadership, business development, and training across both the security and luxury jewelry industries. She began her career in industrial sales, specializing in large integrated security systems with global organizations including Diebold and Honeywell. As a National Account Manager, she led sales initiatives and managed installation teams nationwide for major clients such as Disney and Motorola, building a strong foundation in strategic selling, leadership, and client relationship management.

Driven by a lifelong passion for fine jewelry and colored gemstones, Rebecca transitioned into the jewelry industry by joining the Diamond Council of America, where she specialized in sales education and professional development for jewelry professionals across North America.

Rebecca most recently served as Director of Sales and Development for Omi Privé, an award-winning luxury colored gemstone company based in Los Angeles. In this role, she partners with independent jewelers throughout the United States to strengthen sales performance, elevate clienteling strategies, and develop high-performing sales teams. By combining her extensive sales expertise with a passion for exceptional gemstones, Rebecca helps retailers create memorable customer experiences while driving sustainable business growth.
